Where do your products ship from?

Just Bee Mee works with trusted partners who may ship from locations across the US or internationally — but all orders are delivered to US addresses. Items fulfilled by international partners may take 2–4 weeks to arrive. Every product listing includes estimated delivery information where available.

What are your processing and shipping times?

Here's a general guide:

Most items: 1–5 business days processing depending on the item — see individual product listings for details
US-fulfilled items: 3–10 business days after processing
Partner-fulfilled items: Estimated delivery is shown on each product page. Items fulfilled by international partners may take 2–4 weeks to arrive.

Will I get a confirmation and tracking for my order?

Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase goes through, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the United States only. All orders are delivered to US addresses.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Your satisfaction matters to us! Here's how returns work:

🐝 Handmade items: Returns accepted within 30 days. Each piece is made with care and we want you to love it.
🐝 Retro Recreations: Returns accepted for damaged or defective items — contact us and we'll make it right.
🐝 Authentic Vintage items: All sales are generally final due to the one-of-a-kind nature of real vintage finds. However, if you have an issue, please reach out — we review every situation individually.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the damage — we'll get a replacement or resolution sorted out for you as quickly as possible. We stand behind everything in this shop. 🐝

How do I care for my products?

Care instructions are included in each listing. General guidelines:

Knits & Crochet items — hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry, avoid wringing or hanging.
Macrame — spot clean with a damp cloth, keep away from direct sunlight to preserve color and fibers.
Vintage items — handle with care; specific care notes are included in each listing where applicable.

Can I request a custom item?
