Our Policy

At Just Bee Mee, your satisfaction matters. We stand behind everything in our shop — whether it's a handmade creation, a curated Retro Recreation, or a hand-picked vintage find. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right. 🐝

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or defective item
A brief description of the issue

We'll review your claim and send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll get the correct item on its way to you right away.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective — in that case, we cover return shipping.

🐝 Handmade items: Returns accepted. Each piece is made with care and we want you to love it.
🐝 Retro Recreations: Returns accepted for damaged or defective items. Contact us and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
🐝 Vintage Authentic items: Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of real vintage finds, all sales are generally final. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out — we review every situation individually and will always do our best to make it right.

Please note we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size or color selection, so please review your order carefully before placing it. Minor color variations due to screen display are normal and not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be cancelled as your item is already being prepared for you.
